ADMER® Adhesive Resin by Mitsui Chemicals Europe

ADMER® is a modified polyolefin with a functional group, that promotes adhesion to various materials. It bonds to polyolefins, gas barrier resins and metal by thermal reaction.

ADMER® is available in pellet form and can be used in a wide variety of coextrusion processes for bottles, tubes sheets and films. ADMER® NF-grades are linear low density polyethylene (L-LDPE) based and QB- and QF-grades are polypropylene (PP) based. AT-grades are newly developed and both PE and PP based. ADMER® is supplied in pellets of lenticular shape and can be used in coextrusion to produce multi-layer bottles, sheets, tubes, pipes, tanks and films.

ADMER® Haftvermittler von Mitsui Chemicals Europe

ADMER ist ein speziell entwickeltes Polyolefin von funktionellen Gruppen. Es wurde zur Haftvermittlung von diversen Polyolefinen, Ionomeren, Polyamiden, Ethylenvinylalkohol, Polyethylenterephthalat (PET), Polycarbonaten, Polystyrol und Metallen entwickelt.

ADMER lässt sich in einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen als haftvermittelnde Schicht verwenden. Die wichtigsten Einsatzbereiche sind: Folien für die Lebensmittelverpackungen, Vakuumverpackungen, medizinische Folien, Flaschen und Schalen, mehrschichtige Rohre, die sich aus Polyolefinen und EVOH, Aluminium oder Polyamid zusammensetzen und Verwendung als Trink- und Haushaltswasserleitungen oder Fußbodenheizungleitungen finden, Platten, aus denen Becher und Dosen im Tiefziehverfahren hergestellt werden, Tuben für Kosmetika und Beschichtungen bei gemeinsamer Extrusion von ADMER mit anderen Kunststoffen auf Papier oder Folie.
